但很多同学中学有各种各样的情况，比如因为某些省份高考英语听力不计分，所以根本不让练听力的；中学基础特别差，高考英语就几十分的；有中学学的是其他小语种（俄语或德语），而某些情况下又必须考英语四级的；还有艺术类院校偏重专业课而语数外学习较少的；包括大一、大二没用功学英语/英语课授课老师不负责荒废了中学基础，后期仍想捡回的；经过多次有准备或无准备的考试，成绩起起伏伏不理想的；要考难度略低于四六级考试但也没把握的PETS等的；

所以可能看了上面的贴子，仍然会有“这是人家基础比较好的可以一个月就复习通过，基础差的不行吧”的疑惑，本贴就立志于无论何种基础，都能找到自己可操作、实施的学习办法，以下开始：

词汇量是衡量英语水平的指标，也是制订复习计划的依据，认为自己英语基础很薄弱，那么有多薄弱呢？有没有薄弱到要采用特殊手段的程度呢？测一下词汇量就知道！

方法就是用电脑（手机访问似乎可能页面显示不全）访问扇贝词汇量测试网页：

5分钟，评估你的词汇量

它通过五十个词抽样的方法可以很快测试出大体的词汇量，因为是抽样测试，最好多做几次，平均值基本就是当前的词汇量。测试结果页面也会有一个评价，建议截图跟后续复习过程中的测试对比。

一般来说词汇量在三千左右是程度比较好的高中毕业生水平，不用太关注补基础的问题，按上面10万赞贴子的方式可以比较轻松地在一个多月的时间内高效复习并取得高分（本贴中的各单项内容仍有一定参考意义）；

四级的大纲词汇在四千多，六级在五千多。

而如果测试结果词汇量在2000以下，则属于基础较弱，最好结合本贴下面的一系列操作方法补基础。

大学英语对于基础不好的同学最坑的一点是，市面上所有的资料（包括英语课本）都是默认大家已经100%掌握了中学的大纲词汇，而不会再涉及。

而考试时买的所有四级单词书，里面也都不包括中学词汇，使中学差的那一截永远补不上，就导致很多同学莫名其妙背了很多词，但卷上还有大量单词既不认识也没在单词书里见过，特别无语。

而一旦知道这个“黑幕”，解决它就太容易啦！

下面是我搜集的中学大纲词汇，PDF可以直接打印，建议缩印一下打印出来，和英语课本放在一起，每次上英语课或自习的时候翻阅，把会的词都划掉（里面有cat,dog之类的，大纲嘛），然后重点看那些不会的，因为这些词是中学词，相比于大学英语简单很多，所以很容易全背会啦：高考英语考纲词汇表·附音标.pdf

背完这个中学词表，就可以认定水平达到了高考英语120分的较好词汇水平！

听力占四六级考试总分的35%，而且总体难度不如阅读高，可以说性价比非常高了，而直接做真题听力，基础不好的情况下可能非常痛苦：听吧识别不出听到的是啥，看原文吧，很多基础词汇不认识，越听越难受干脆不练了，这里面的窍门就是：

A）先从低难度的材料泛听，逐渐适应英语的语言和语音在下面我列出的APP里，都有各种层次和难度的听力资料，有新闻类的，也有考试真题类的，先找一些简单的新闻节目或者旧的四六级真题（四六级真题听力是越旧越简单），先泛听适应；

B）充分利用碎片时间，堆积听力时间练听力比较好的一点就是，不受限于时间地点，有一部手机耳机就可以练习，并且水平提升几乎正比于听力时间（相当于给自己创造的英语环境），因此可以善用坐车的时间、走路的时间、排队的时间、上思想政治课的时间~~堆积听力时间，每天多听1-2个小时，一个月下来就非常可观！

C）善用听力APP的单曲循环等功能在练习的初期，很多同学有种感觉就是，啥也听不懂，乌拉乌拉就过去了，怎么提高嘛！这就说到一定要善用听力APP的单曲/单句循环等功能，类似于过去的复读机，同一段落反复循环，每次多识别出一点点，逐渐建立文字与听觉的联系，然后再看原文查找哪些没有听出来。

同时完全符合上面练习要求的听力APP答主也经过一番艰难测试找到啦，以下全部兼容iOS和安卓，全部免费，可以根据自己感觉选用：

最好先找真题外能接受的素材练习，在有较大进步的情况下，再进入真题的听力（因为真题比较少，听一套少一套）。

完整背完整套四级大纲词汇是个很高的门槛，也不太必要。理想的情况是，单词书把大纲词汇按卷面出现的词频分好频，只背/记高频+中频词，低频或零频的先忽略。

这样就有两种单词书，一种是完整大纲+分频，另一种是直接删掉零频词再分频（称为精简大纲），下面是我从几十种单词书里选出的分频单词书和精简大纲单词书，选书过程见：有哪些四级单词书，各有什么特色？

在解决听力和词汇之后，如果时间还充裕，可以试一下语法（但不建议在没有十足过级把握之前硬啃语法，可能适得其反），简单来说，就是因为英语考试的阅读都是书面英语，因此可以忽略语法中比较难的时态、语态、介词等，只看“句法”，并且也有这样的以句子分析为中心的语法书：

最有效的办法就是根据真题范文的译文，一句一句把汉语译成英语。

比如上面短文里的“我打算出售我的个人笔记本电脑。”，一般人都能写出： I am going to sell my personal laptop computer. 这样一句一句汉译英，然后和范文去对比，哪里写的不一样，哪里有差异，都是进步提高的地方，这样逐渐地就能把一整篇汉语短文都译成英语，达到了同时练习写作和翻译的目的。

而考试时，也是先打好汉语的写作腹稿，然后再写英语，有的放矢。

6.提前多久复习，每天用多长时间

对于基础不好的学生来说，肯定是提前复习最好，但这里面有个规划的问题，如果开始太早，没什么紧迫感,看了相当于没看，所以我个人建议，如果下学期考四级，最后从开学前的那个假期开始复习听力，开学后先弄中学词表，然后再进入真题，具体说就是：

开学前的假期：用听力APP听听力开学后：先背上面贴的“中学词表”，然后继续听听力APP考前2-3个月：采购四级单词书和真题，按 如何在一个月内通过大学英语四级、大学英语六级考试 里介绍的思路进行复习。

开学之前的听力复习，以每天能够坚持下来为主，不要练过度，利用碎片时间泛听30分钟-1小时即可，开学后可以提高到一小时以上。到了做真题环节，每天可能要花2小时听真题听力（包括听的时候和读原文消化的时间）+2-3小时精做真题，平均3天左右消化完一套真题，总用时30-40天，具体长短根据自己情况加减。

基本上来说，有1.5个月做真题的时间是一定要保证的。在这1.5个月之前，就是根据自己的情况相应侧重的。如果词汇基础不好，就重点先搞定“中学词表”，再背一段时间四级单词书再开始做真题；如果听力比较弱就先按 慢速VOA-常速VOA-BBC的路径先听；如果写作和翻译比较弱就先用《赖氏入门英语语法》来补一些句法。

当然，上面的每个项目我都写了最简最优的复习方法，全做也是完全可以的。

辅导班花样繁多，不能一概而论，我的看法是，如果是线下真人教学的那种班（并且授课老师是正经大机构的老师，不是兼职的高年级学生或研究生），还是可以报的，但这种班最大的功能（因为听听力做真题还是靠自己）是提供一个答疑的场所，自己学习中遇到的问题，马上能由老师给解答，还可以和同学交流，这种班有条件还是可以报的。

但如果是网上的班，看视频上课那种就不太推荐，一是没学习的气氛，坐宿舍在电脑上看，快进几下就完了，二是没法答疑，有什么疑问也解决不了，有浪费钱的嫌疑。而且在B站也有很多人上传免费的讲课视频，完全可以看需要自己选择，所以网上的班就不要报/买了。

买的真题里，往往送了很多模拟题，或者“专项训练”，这些要不要做呢？答案是在真题做完之后，可以试用。但不用过多关注正确率。真题的正确率是有参考价值的，而模拟题的出题思路和逻辑都不一定和真题一样，所以就做为阅读素材去读就行，不用关注正确率。
